By downloading, installing, or using Calibrum, you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms") and to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) for apps purchased from the App Store. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app and stop using it.
Calibrum is an educational companion app for adult men using testosterone replacement therapy under the supervision of a licensed healthcare provider, including injectable testosterone (cypionate, enanthate, propionate, undecanoate / Aveed®), topical or oral testosterone (AndroGel®, Testim®, Fortesta®, Testopel®, Jatenzo®, Kyzatrex®), aromatase inhibitors (anastrozole, Arimidex®, Aromasin®), and adjuncts such as hCG (Pregnyl®, Novarel®). The app helps you log injections, rotate injection sites, decode LabCorp / Quest / hospital lab PDFs, triage estradiol-related symptoms, calculate Free Testosterone with the Vermeulen formula, time your bloodwork around dose changes, and prepare a summary for your endocrinology or urology visits. The "AI Coach" persona ("Atlas") answers general questions about TRT using public clinical guidelines (Endocrine Society Clinical Practice Guidelines, AUA TRT guidelines, AAFP monograph, Bhasin 2018, TRAVERSE trial, FDA prescribing information, peer-reviewed studies) and explicitly redirects diagnostic and dosing questions to your prescriber.
Calibrum is not a medical device, not a diagnostic tool, and not a substitute for professional medical advice, examination, diagnosis, or treatment.
Calibrum does not prescribe medication, does not recommend dose changes, does not start or stop anastrozole, does not diagnose hypogonadism, polycythemia, prostate disease, deep-vein thrombosis, or any other condition, and is not affiliated with AbbVie, AstraZeneca, Pfizer, Endo Pharmaceuticals, Clarus Therapeutics, Marius Pharmaceuticals, Hone Health, Hims, Maximus Tribe, Marek Health, TRT Nation, Defy Medical, or any pharmacy. The AI Coach provides educational information grounded in published clinical guidelines and explicitly redirects any personalised medical question to your prescribing physician.
Stop using the app and seek emergency care if you experience: hematocrit greater than 55% on your most recent panel · signs of deep-vein thrombosis or pulmonary embolism (sudden one-sided leg swelling, chest pain, shortness of breath, coughing blood) · priapism (painful erection lasting more than 4 hours) · severe estradiol crash (debilitating joint pain, dry skin, sudden complete loss of libido and erectile function) · suicidal thoughts or self-harm. In the US call 911 for medical emergencies or 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline; UK Samaritans 116 123; outside the US/UK use your local emergency or crisis number.
Calibrum is intended for adult men (18+) who have an active prescription for testosterone replacement therapy from a licensed healthcare provider, or who are investigating whether they may be a TRT candidate (the Free Testosterone Calculator is free and available without subscription). Calibrum is not designed for use by children, by anabolic steroid cyclers, by bodybuilders running off-label testosterone, by transgender patients on gender-affirming hormone therapy (whose protocols and clinical needs differ), by women on hormone replacement therapy, or for off-label experimentation. You confirm you meet these criteria when you accept these Terms.

The Free Testosterone Calculator (Vermeulen formula) is available without a subscription.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at the end of the free trial (Weekly) or at confirmation of purchase (Annual). Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate displayed at the time of subscription. Subscriptions may be managed and auto-renewal turned off in your Apple ID account settings after purchase.
Prices may vary by region and are displayed in your local currency by the App Store. Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Calibrum may include links to telehealth TRT clinics (for example, Hone Health, Hims, Maximus Tribe, Marek Health, TRT Nation, Defy Medical) and at-home lab providers when relevant to your situation. We may receive a commission if you sign up to one of those services through an in-app link. Affiliate revenue does not influence which clinic, pharmacy, or lab provider is shown — the recommendation is based on your input (current protocol, location, insurance status) and on publicly available pricing. You will always see a disclosure when an affiliate link is presented, and you remain free to use any clinic, pharmacy, or lab provider of your choosing.

References to these brands inside Calibrum are nominative fair use to identify the medication you are tracking; Calibrum is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these manufacturers.
Calibrum is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the AI Coach will be accurate in any particular case, that the Lab Snap & Decode extraction will identify every biomarker correctly, that the E2 Symptom Triage will identify any specific condition, that the Free Testosterone Calculator will produce a value identical to a clinical equilibrium-dialysis Free T measurement, that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the app will be compatible with future iOS versions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer of Calibrum shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the app, including any health outcome related to TRT, anastrozole use, hematocrit elevation, estradiol fluctuation, or any other hormonal change. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (for example, liability for personal injury caused by negligence in jurisdictions where such limitations are not permitted).
Your use of Calibrum is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Injection logs, lab values, lab PDF photos, symptom entries, calculator inputs, and the Doctor Visit Prep PDF are stored on your device. The retrieval index used by the AI Coach runs on-device. Chat messages and lab-image extractions are processed via our Cloudflare Worker proxy and are not retained on our infrastructure or by upstream providers (per the configurations of those services).
If we make material changes to these Terms, we will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date and surface the change inside the app. Continued use of Calibrum after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which the developer is established, except where local consumer protection law of your jurisdiction provides you with stronger rights, in which case those rights apply.
