Terms of Use
In short.
- Fillsafe copies details you saved and confirmed into the forms you choose. You check every form and sign it yourself.
- Fillsafe is not legal, tax or immigration advice. It doesn't tell you which form to use or what to answer, and no form is guaranteed to be accepted.
- Weekly plan: 7 days free, then $7.99 per week. Annual plan: 7 days free, then $39.99 per year. Both renew automatically until you cancel.
- Cancel in your iPhone Settings at least 24 hours before the trial or period ends.
- For people 18 and older. Add other people's details only when you're allowed to fill in forms for them.
1. Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Valerii Loveiko, an independent developer using the Loveiko Labs name ("we", "us") for the iOS app Fillsafe: PDF Form Filler ("Fillsafe", "the app"). By using the app, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
2. Who can use Fillsafe
You must be 18 or older. By using the app, you confirm that you are.
3. What Fillsafe does
You open or photograph a form. Fillsafe finds its fields and fills them with details you have saved and confirmed on your iPhone — your own, your family's or your company's. You can type or, if you choose, say an answer aloud. You review every field, sign where you tap, and share one PDF.
Fillsafe is a tool. It doesn't file or send forms for you, doesn't contact any agency, and doesn't check whether your answers are correct or complete.
4. Not legal, tax or immigration advice
Fillsafe doesn't give legal, tax, immigration, financial or other professional advice. It doesn't tell you which form you need, whether you qualify for anything, or what to answer. You are responsible for choosing the right form and edition and for every answer on it. If you need advice, talk to a qualified professional.
Fillsafe never invents tax, insurance or legal facts (such as a tax ID or a coverage limit). It only copies what you saved and confirmed.
5. Subscriptions and free trial
Fillsafe requires a subscription, Fillsafe Plus. You buy it through Apple's App Store.

Payment. Payment is charged to your Apple Account on purchase or when an eligible free trial ends. A free trial is offered only when Apple confirms eligibility. Otherwise, the current price is charged on purchase.
Auto-renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the same price for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Apple charges the renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
Free trial. If you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, you won't be charged. Introductory offers are limited to one per subscription group, subject to Apple’s eligibility rules.
How to cancel. iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Fillsafe. Deleting the app or its saved data does not cancel your subscription. Restore purchases is available on the paywall and in Settings. Settings remains available after a subscription ends for help, policies, restore and deletion.
After you cancel. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Your forms, details and saved PDFs stay on your iPhone until you delete them; filling forms needs an active subscription.
Switching to yearly. Settings shows the live yearly price and its weekly equivalent. Apple confirms the price and when the change takes effect. If a switch is scheduled, Settings shows the start date confirmed by Apple. A yearly equivalent is not a weekly charge.
Refunds. Apple handles all payments and refunds; we can't issue refunds ourselves. You can request one from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Prices. Prices are in US dollars and may differ in other countries; taxes may apply. If we change a price, Apple tells you in advance and, where the law or Apple requires it, asks for your agreement.
6. Other people's details
You may save details of your children, family members or company and use them in forms only when you are allowed to fill in forms for them (for example, as a parent, guardian, authorized representative or officer). You are responsible for having that permission and for keeping their details accurate. Each person signs with their own signature; Fillsafe never adds a signature for someone else on its own.
7. Signatures
A signature drawn on the phone isn't accepted everywhere. Some recipients require an ink signature, a notary or a specific e-signature service. When a recipient asks for ink, print the form, sign it and scan it. We don't promise that any recipient will accept a form signed in Fillsafe.
8. Your content
Your details, documents, forms, signatures and PDFs are yours. They are stored on your iPhone and, only if you turn it on, in your own iCloud. We don't claim ownership of them. To run the features you choose, you allow the app to process them as described in the Privacy Policy.
A saved PDF is kept exactly as it was made. Sharing it doesn't mean it was received or accepted. Keep your own copies of important forms; if you delete the app or your iPhone is lost without a backup, data stored only on the iPhone can't be recovered by us.
9. Official forms and search results
Forms in the app's catalogue come from official websites, and the app checks the file it downloads against the one it expects. Agencies change their forms; check that it's the form and edition you were asked for. We don't promise the newest edition unless the agency's site says so. Third-party websites and their forms are governed by their own terms.
10. AI features
Fillsafe uses AI services to understand the layout of a blank public form and to plan where each kind of detail goes; the values are filled in on your iPhone. If you turn on voice answers, an AI service types out what you said. If you turn on photo restore, an AI service draws an empty copy of the form page you choose; your details are still filled in on your iPhone. AI can make mistakes: the app shows every suggestion for you to check, and nothing goes into your form until you confirm it. What is sent and to whom is listed in the Privacy Policy and on the consent screen in the app.
11. Acceptable use
Don't use Fillsafe to:
- fill in or sign forms in someone else's name without their permission, or impersonate anyone;
- create false documents or commit fraud;
- break the law or the rules of the agency or organization you send a form to;
- interfere with the app or our servers, get around usage limits, or reverse-engineer the app beyond what the law allows.
12. License
We give you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Fillsafe on Apple devices you own or control, under these terms and Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. The app, its design and its code belong to us or our licensors.
13. Disclaimers
Fillsafe is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of results. We don't promise that the app will recognize every form or field, that a filled form is correct, complete or accepted, or that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.
14. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost data, missed deadlines, rejected applications or penalties, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for Fillsafe in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
15. Termination
You can stop using Fillsafe at any time and delete your data in Settings → Delete everything. We may suspend access if you break these terms or to protect the service. Sections 4, 8, 13, 14 and 17 continue after termination.
16. Apple
These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, has no obligation to provide support or maintenance, and is not responsible for claims relating to the app (including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, and intellectual property claims). If the app fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any; Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a US government embargo and are not on a US government list of prohibited or restricted parties. Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
17. Governing law and disputes
Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights in your place of residence. Before filing a claim, please write to us so we can try to resolve it.
18. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We change the date at the top. If a change is material, we tell you in the app before it applies. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept the new terms.
