By downloading, installing, or using JabWell, you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms") and to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) for apps purchased from the App Store. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app and stop using it.
JabWell is an educational companion app for adults using GLP-1 receptor agonist medications prescribed by a licensed healthcare provider, including Ozempic®, Wegovy®, Mounjaro®, Zepbound®, Rybelsus®, Saxenda®, Victoza®, Trulicity®, and compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide. The app helps you log injections, rotate injection sites, track weight and side effects, follow a daily protein target, monitor hair and skin changes, and prepare a summary for your doctor visits. The "AI Nurse" chat persona answers general questions about GLP-1 medication using public clinical guidelines (FDA prescribing information, AAFP, Mayo Clinic, Cleveland Clinic, peer-reviewed studies) and explicitly redirects diagnostic and dosing questions to your prescriber.
JabWell is not a medical device, not a diagnostic tool, and not a substitute for professional medical advice, examination, diagnosis, or treatment.
JabWell does not prescribe medication, does not recommend dose changes, does not diagnose pancreatitis, gallbladder disease, gastroparesis, or any other condition, and is not affiliated with Novo Nordisk, Eli Lilly, or any pharmacy. The AI Nurse provides educational information grounded in published clinical guidelines and explicitly redirects any personalised medical question to your prescriber.
Stop using the app and seek emergency care if you experience: vomiting that lasts more than 24 hours · severe or persistent abdominal pain · signs of pancreatitis or a gallbladder attack · allergic reaction (swelling, trouble breathing). In the US call 911 or Poison Control at 1-800-222-1222; outside the US use your local emergency number.
JabWell is intended for adults (18+) who have an active prescription for a GLP-1 medication from a licensed healthcare provider, or who are on an authorised compounded GLP-1 protocol. JabWell is not designed for use by children, by people without a prescription, or for off-label experimentation. You confirm you meet these criteria when you accept these Terms.
JabWell Premium is a subscription service:
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at the end of the free trial (Weekly) or at confirmation of purchase (Annual). Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate displayed at the time of subscription. Subscriptions may be managed and auto-renewal turned off in your Apple ID account settings after purchase.
Prices may vary by region and are displayed in your local currency by the App Store. Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
JabWell may include links to compounded GLP-1 telehealth pharmacies (for example, Hims, Ro, Mochi, Henry Meds, Eden) when relevant to your situation. We may receive a commission if you sign up to one of those services through an in-app link. Affiliate revenue does not influence which medication or pharmacy is shown — the recommendation is based on your input (medication, location, insurance status) and on publicly available pricing. You will always see a disclosure when an affiliate link is presented, and you remain free to use any pharmacy of your choosing.

The JabWell brand, app, app interface, retrieval-augmented prompt design, and original written content are the property of the developer and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. Ozempic®, Wegovy®, Rybelsus®, Saxenda®, and Victoza® are registered trademarks of Novo Nordisk A/S. Mounjaro®, Zepbound®, and Trulicity® are registered trademarks of Eli Lilly and Company. References to these brands inside JabWell are nominative fair use to identify the medication you are tracking; JabWell is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Novo Nordisk or Eli Lilly.
JabWell is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the AI Nurse will be accurate in any particular case, that the plateau detector or hair/skin analysis will identify any specific condition, that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the app will be compatible with future iOS versions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer of JabWell shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the app, including any health outcome related to GLP-1 medication use. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (for example, liability for personal injury caused by negligence in jurisdictions where such limitations are not permitted).
Your use of JabWell is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Injection logs, weight, side-effect entries, hair/skin photos, and the doctor-visit PDF are stored on your device. The retrieval index used by the AI Nurse runs on-device. Chat messages and voice transcripts are processed via our Cloudflare Worker proxy and are not retained on our infrastructure or by upstream providers (per the configurations of those services).
If we make material changes to these Terms, we will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date and surface the change inside the app. Continued use of JabWell after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which the developer is established, except where local consumer protection law of your jurisdiction provides you with stronger rights, in which case those rights apply.
