By downloading, installing, or using CrySnap, you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms") and to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) for apps purchased from the App Store. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app and stop using it.
CrySnap is a parenting companion app. It briefly listens to confirm your baby is crying, then offers timed soothing steps built from your baby's age and routine, and general parenting guidance from three AI guides (a pediatric nurse, a sleep coach and a lactation guide). It does not identify the cause of a cry. Voice Mode lets you ask by speaking. Soothing sounds are generated on-device.
CrySnap is not a medical device, not a diagnostic tool, and not a substitute for professional medical advice, examination, diagnosis, or treatment.
CrySnap does not diagnose colic, reflux, GERD, allergies, infections, or any other medical condition. The chat personas provide general parenting guidance grounded in published clinical guidelines (AAP, CDC, La Leche League) and explicitly redirect any diagnostic question to your pediatrician.
For severe symptoms — fever in a baby under 3 months (≥100.4°F / 38°C), lethargy, blue lips, difficulty breathing, signs of dehydration, or any sudden change you cannot explain — call your local emergency number (shown in the app for your region) or your pediatrician immediately. For suspected ingestion, call your local poison control centre.
CrySnap Premium is available as two auto-renewable subscriptions:
Each subscription starts with a 7-day free trial for eligible users (one free trial per Apple ID for this subscription group). If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, payment for the selected plan is charged to your Apple ID account when the trial ends. Subscriptions then renew automatically for the same period unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends at the price shown by the App Store. You can manage or cancel your subscription in Apple ID account settings after purchase.
Prices vary by country or region and are displayed in your local currency by the App Store before you confirm purchase.

The CrySnap brand, app, app interface, and original content are the property of the developer and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
CrySnap is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that crying will always be detected or that a soothing plan will work in any particular case, that the chat persona advice will resolve any specific situation, that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the app will be compatible with future iOS versions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer of CrySnap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the app. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (for example, liability for personal injury caused by negligence in jurisdictions where such limitations are not permitted).
Your use of CrySnap is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The recording used to confirm crying is checked on your device, deleted immediately and never uploaded. Chat messages and voice transcripts pass through our proxy (Cloudflare outside mainland China, Alibaba Cloud in mainland China), which does not store their content, to the AI provider for your region, which processes them under its own terms.
If we make material changes to these Terms, we will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date and surface the change inside the app. Continued use of CrySnap after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which the developer is established, except where local consumer protection law of your jurisdiction provides you with stronger rights, in which case those rights apply.
