Terms of Use
In short.
- Herself is for adults 18 and older. It is a self-practice tool, not therapy or medical care.
- Weekly plan: 7 days free, then $7.99 per week. Annual plan: $39.99 per year, no free trial. Both renew automatically until you cancel.
- Cancel in your iPhone Settings at least 24 hours before the end of the trial or period.
- Extra chapters are one-time purchases that don't expire.
- Record only your own voice.
- A scene is a rehearsal, not a prediction. We don't promise results.
1. Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Loveiko Labs ("we", "us") for the iOS app Herself: Manifest Affirmations ("Herself", "the app"). By using the app, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
2. Who can use Herself
You must be 18 or older. By using the app, you confirm that you are.
3. What Herself is
You answer a few questions and read a short text aloud. Herself writes a one-minute scene from your answers, using an AI provider, and reads it to you in an AI voice made from your recording. A new chapter is added each week.
Herself is a self-practice tool. It is not therapy or medical care, and not a substitute for professional help. It does not diagnose, treat or give medical advice. Talk to a qualified professional about your health.

4. Subscriptions, free trial and extra chapters
Herself requires a subscription. You buy it through Apple's App Store.

- Payment. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. For the weekly plan, the first charge is at the end of the 7-day free trial. For the annual plan, the charge is at purchase.
- Auto-renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the same price for the same period, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Apple charges the renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- Free trial. If you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, you will not be charged. Free trials are available once per Apple ID, as Apple's rules allow.
- How to cancel. iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Herself. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
- After you cancel. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Scenes already saved on your iPhone stay there.
- Refunds. Apple handles all payments and refunds. We cannot issue refunds ourselves. You can request one from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Prices. Prices are in US dollars and may differ in other countries. Taxes may apply. If we change a price, Apple will tell you in advance, and where the law or Apple requires it, ask for your agreement.
- New scenes. Your first scene is made right away. The second is available on day 4, and then one new scene every 7 days.
Extra chapters
- What they are. While your subscription is active, you can buy extra chapters (one or three) as one-time App Store purchases, at the price shown in the app. Each extra chapter lets you make one more scene before your next weekly chapter.
- They don't expire. Unused extra chapters stay available. They are not a subscription and do not renew.
- Tied to this iPhone. Extra chapters belong to the app on the iPhone that bought them (its install ID). They come back if you delete and reinstall the app on that iPhone, but they don't move to another device, and Restore purchases doesn't bring them back on a new or erased iPhone.
- Without a subscription. Extra chapters you already bought can still be used after your subscription ends.
- Refunds. As with subscriptions, Apple handles refunds. If Apple refunds an extra chapter, we may remove it if it has not been used.
5. Your voice and acceptable use
Herself makes an AI voice from your recording. That creates responsibility. You agree:
- to record only your own voice;
- not to record anyone else, or play another person's voice, a recording, or a video into the microphone;
- not to use the app to imitate, deceive or harass anyone;
- not to try to extract, copy or reuse the AI voice outside the app;
- not to enter content that is illegal, or that you have no right to share;
- not to reverse-engineer, overload or get around the limits of the app or its server, except where the law allows;
- not to resell or share access to your subscription beyond what Apple's Family Sharing allows.
We ask for your consent before your first recording. See the Voice data notice for how your voice is handled. One AI voice is made per chapter. Your recording is deleted right after that voice is made, and the AI voice is deleted within 1 hour after the scene is made.
6. Your content
Your answers, your recordings and your scenes are yours. You give us and our service providers a limited permission to process them only to make and deliver your scenes, as described in the Privacy Policy. This permission ends when the data is deleted.
AI can make mistakes. A scene may not match what you meant. You can change your answers, re-record, or delete a scene at any time.
7. License
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use, under these terms and Apple's Usage Rules. The app, its design, texts and code belong to us or our licensors. Everything not expressly granted is reserved.
8. No guarantee of results
A scene is a rehearsal, not a prediction. Herself does not promise that anything in your scene will happen, or any change in your mood, confidence, relationships, work, money or health. What you do with your practice is up to you.
9. Disclaimers
The app is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that AI output will be accurate or suitable for you. Some states do not allow these exclusions, so some may not apply to you.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim about the app is limited to the amount you paid for Herself in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Termination
You can stop using Herself at any time. Cancel your subscription in iPhone Settings, and delete your data in Settings → Your voice & data or by deleting the app.
We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, especially section 5, or if we must do so by law. We may also stop offering the app. If we do, we will try to tell you in advance, and scenes saved on your iPhone stay yours. Sections 6 to 10, 13 and 15 survive termination.
12. Apple
These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, and has no duty to provide maintenance or support for it. If the app fails to meet any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price; Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple is not responsible for claims about the app, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, consumer protection, or intellectual property claims. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them. You confirm that you are not in a country under US government embargo and not on a US list of prohibited or restricted parties.
13. Governing law and disputes
Before any formal claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve it — most problems can be fixed with one email. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the consumer laws of the state or country where you live.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and, for important changes, tell you in the app before they apply. If you keep using Herself after that, the new terms apply. If you don't agree, stop using the app and cancel your subscription.
