Refluxora: GERD & LPR Tracker

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using Refluxora ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, our Medical Disclaimer, and Apple's Standard EULA (which governs your right to use any application licensed through the App Store). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old to use Refluxora. The App is intended for adults managing their own GERD or LPR. If you are using the App on behalf of a minor or a person under your care, you accept these Terms on their behalf.

3. License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on Apple devices you own or control. This license is subject to all restrictions in Apple's Standard EULA.

4. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Refluxora offers auto-renewing subscriptions managed through the App Store:

• Weekly — $7.99/week in the United States; eligible introductory terms, when available, are displayed before purchase
• Annual — $39.99/year in the United States; no free trial

Prices vary by storefront and are localized by Apple. The exact price and billing period shown by StoreKit immediately before purchase control.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at purchase confirmation unless Apple confirms a free introductory period. For an eligible free period, the displayed subscription price applies when that period ends unless you cancel under Apple’s displayed terms. Your subscription renews automatically for the selected weekly or annual period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, or via Refluxora's in-app Settings.

Refunds for App Store purchases are processed by Apple. Please contact Apple Report a Problem for refund requests.

5. Introductory Offers

Weekly may offer seven days free to eligible subscribers when the offer is available from Apple. Availability and eligibility are determined through the App Store; the paywall and Apple purchase sheet show the applicable terms. After a confirmed free period, Weekly renews at the displayed weekly price unless cancelled. If you are not eligible or no introductory offer is available, payment begins at purchase confirmation. Annual has no free introductory period and is charged at purchase confirmation.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our Cloudflare Worker proxy or any backend service
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable law or regulation
• Use the App as the sole basis for medical decision-making (see Medical Disclaimer)
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App or its content

7. Intellectual Property

Refluxora, its content, design, and trademarks are owned by Valerii Loveiko. Third-party trademarks (medication names, dietary protocols such as Acid Watcher, RSI assessment instrument) appear only as nominative fair use for educational purposes. Refluxora is not affiliated with any pharmaceutical company, clinical society, or medical practice.

8. AI-Generated Content

Coach explanations, food identification and laboratory-photo transcription use Qwen through our Alibaba Cloud service for a mainland-China Apple storefront or device region. Other regions use DeepSeek and OpenAI through our Cloudflare service. Selected content is processed after the applicable consent. AI output is educational, may contain inaccuracies, and must not be treated as medical advice. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of AI-generated content. See our Privacy Policy for processing and retention.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY OF MEDICAL OR HEALTH INFORMATION.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP — INCLUDING ANY DECISION YOU MAKE BASED ON CONTENT SURFACED BY THE APP.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. Subscription cancellation is handled via Apple as described in Section 4.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the App publisher is registered, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes that cannot be resolved by good-faith negotiation will be submitted to the competent courts of that jurisdiction, except where local consumer-protection law requires otherwise.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted at this URL with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after a change indicates acceptance.
