These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Cysta AI: PCOS Coach ("the App"), developed and published by Valeriy Loveiko. By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Cysta AI. PCOS is most often diagnosed and managed in adults; pediatric PCOS care should be conducted under a pediatric endocrinologist, not through this App. The age gate is enforced during onboarding. By using the App you represent that you are 18 or older.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on iOS devices you own or control for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, redistribute, sublicense, or modify the App.
Cysta offers the following subscription plans (prices in USD; localized equivalents apply in other regions; all prices set by the App Store):
If you take a free trial, your subscription will auto-renew at the standard price at the end of the trial period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. The trial is tied to your Apple ID and may only be redeemed once per ID per plan.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the price displayed at purchase. You can manage your subscription and disable auto-renewal at any time:
All payments are processed by Apple. Apple's standard refund policy applies. The developer cannot issue refunds directly. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com within Apple's refund window. The developer can sometimes facilitate by emailing sergejkar@gmail.com but the final decision rests with Apple.
You can cancel your subscription at any time via iOS Settings → Subscriptions → Cysta AI. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; you keep access until then.

AI Coach answers and photo-comparison sentences are generated by third-party large language models. The developer makes no warranty that AI output is accurate, complete, current, or fit for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that AI may produce inaccurate or out-of-date responses, and you agree to verify any health-related guidance with a qualified healthcare provider before acting on it. Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please read it carefully before installing or using the App.
The App and all its content — including UI design, code, illustrations, copy, knowledge base, and the "Cysta AI" name — are the property of the developer or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You receive no ownership rights to the App or its content under these Terms.
Photos, logs, notes, and Coach messages you create inside the App remain your data. They are stored locally on your device. You grant the developer no license to use, distribute, or display this content.
The App relies on third-party services (Apple, RevenueCat, our AI partners via Cloudflare proxy). The developer is not liable for their performance, availability, or any changes to their terms. See Privacy Policy §3 for the full list and what data is shared.
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy. The developer does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. The full medical disclaimer is in Medical Disclaimer.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including (without limitation) lost data, lost opportunity, delayed diagnosis, or any health outcome. Total aggregate liability for any direct damages is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The developer may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. Termination does not entitle you to a refund beyond Apple's standard refund window.
If we materially change these Terms, we will surface the change inside the App on next launch. The "Effective date" at the top of this document indicates the current revision. Your continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the country where the developer is established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that country, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country grants you the right to bring the dispute in your local courts.
