Terms of Use

Effective date: September 25, 2026

These terms apply to Two Sparrows: Bible Widget ("the App") by Valerii Loveiko ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App you agree to them. Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA") also applies; if the two differ, the Standard EULA governs your licence to use the App, and these terms add the details below.

In short: Two Sparrows Pro is an auto-renewing subscription: weekly with a 7-day free trial, or yearly. Cancel anytime in iOS Settings; cancel at least 24 hours before a renewal to avoid the next charge. After Pro ends, the verse of the day stays free in the App and on your widget.

2. Content

Scripture comes from the Berean Standard Bible (public domain). Prayers come from the Book of Common Prayer (1662, and traditional-language prayers from the 1979 US edition, public domain). Topical verse lists and cross-references are based on OpenBible.info (CC BY 4.0). Recordings are read by a synthetic voice from these public-domain texts. Notes on verses and the small steps in paths are written by the Two Sparrows editors. Full credits: Licences & credits.

The App never writes Scripture or prayers. When you describe what's on your heart, an automated service chooses verse references from the App's library; it can choose imperfectly, and you can always pick a feeling or another verse instead.

3. Not professional advice

The App offers Scripture and prayer for encouragement. It is not medical, psychological, pastoral or crisis care, and it does not assess how you feel. If you are in danger or thinking about suicide, call or text 988 (US), your local emergency number, or someone you trust.

4. Your use of the App

5. Our content

The Bible texts and prayers are public domain. The App's design, illustrations, icon, editors' notes, paths and software belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. The name "Two Sparrows" and the icon may not be used to suggest that we endorse another product.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep the App and its server running, but features that need the internet (verses in your own words, new recordings) may sometimes be unavailable; the App then works offline with what is on your device. We may improve or change features over time.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will change the effective date above; continuing to use the App means you accept the updated terms. Contact: sergejkar@gmail.com.
