Describe a meal or choose a photo. Review identified ingredients and a general food consideration. A photograph cannot reveal every ingredient or determine your personal triggers.

Record symptoms, meals and throat or voice symptom scores. Add how you felt after a meal and return to your own history.
Explain an existing lab result
Upload a result photo, review recognized values and confirm them. Get an educational explanation and questions for your clinician. Missing units and reference ranges are not guessed.
Ask the AI assistant
Discuss a question or a selected record. Medical explanations use relevant source material; everyday conversation can continue without clinical citations. AI may ask for context and can be incorrect.

Keep an action you choose in Plan. Review your observations and prepare a report for an appointment. The app does not prescribe treatment or order tests.

Apple displays local prices and billing terms before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in Apple subscription settings. Restore purchases in the app.
FAQ & Support
Privacy and regional AI
Observations and conversations are saved locally. Selected photos, text and record context are also sent for cloud AI processing after consent. A mainland-China Apple storefront or CN device region uses Qwen through our Alibaba Cloud service; other regions use OpenAI and DeepSeek through Cloudflare. UI language alone does not select the server. A failed China request is not redirected to the global AI service. No app account is required. Billing is handled by Apple and RevenueCat.
